We are PT. Senayan Trikarya Sempana, a joint venture company of Kajima Overseas Asia PTE. LTD and Badan Pengelola Gelora Bung Karno, developer and operator of  Senayan Square in Jakarta, comprising Plaza Senayan, Plaza Senayan Arcadia, Sentral Senayan I, II & III office towers and Apartemen Plaza Senayan. A 5 star hotel is now under construction.

STS seeks applications from suitably qualified persons to join its international management team in the following capacities :

Architect Inspector (AI / CMO)

Responsibilities:

• Inspection of all specific work (marble and/or timber works) to international standard high rise apartment and hotel buildings Integrate with a small inspection team on-site Ensure the contractor’s quality of works complies with the owner’s standards and the requirements of the contract documents from factory until installation Liaise with the contractor’s supervisors Monitor contractor’s schedule and sequence of work Provide weekly reports

 The Individual:

• Confident and professional
• Show initiative
• Good written and verbal communication skills, preferably in English Ability to be pro-active and work under pressure

Requirements:

• Male
• Minimum STM or S1 graduate in Architecture
• Sound experience in inspecting international standard high rise apartment and hotel building works especially stonework and/or timber works
• Experience in working with site supervisory teams
• Ability to develop good relationships with site and engineering staff
• Able to work flexible hours depending on the requirements of construction schedule
• Computer literate
• For local / Indonesian citizen only
